Shipping & Returns
The policy below applies to all orders placed with ReComputeAI.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days within the Netherlands. International shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Hardware-as-a-Service subscriptions
With a subscription you receive the hardware on loan. The hardware remains the property of ReComputeAI during the subscription term and is shipped with a tracking number.
Right of return (30 days)
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Email support@recomputeai.nl to initiate a return.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order. If the product is defective we cover the return costs.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days to your original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription
A subscription runs for a chosen term of 12, 24 or 36 months and can be cancelled only at the end of that term. After cancellation the hardware must be returned within 30 days. Fees may apply if hardware is not returned or is returned damaged.
